Did you know that we have a lab at our practice in Kilmarnock? Our Lab Manager Ian Donnelly has been with us for 30 years and we recently installed a new glazing machine. We've named it Lenzi!
Have our own Lab means that we have the facility onsite to glaze frames in the same day. Very few other Opticians can offer this service.
It also means that all of our clients spectacles are hand finished by Ian. We can control the quality of the output and ensure the job is to our clients satisfaction and to the high standards that we expect here at Urquhart Opticians.
