An update on your Contact Lenses - COVID 19

During these uncertain times, we wanted to reassure you that your contact lenses will remain in continuous supply. As a patient on our Direct Debit Programme, your payment will continue to be taken in the weeks and months ahead, and you will continue to receive your lenses and solution via the post.

You will likely be aware that an annual contact lens aftercare is necessary to receive a continuous supply from us. In these unprecedented times, we have taken the view as a business to relax these rules in light of Government advice on Social distancing. Therefore, for the next few months you may continue to receive a recall for you contact lens aftercare, and please attend if you can. If you cannot, then we will maintain your supply directly to home, and once advice allows, we will kindly ask that you come into practice for your contact lens aftercare.

All of our contact lens suppliers have assured us of their business continuity process and that there are no supply issues expected.

All of our contact lens ordering and management of this process is done online, therefore, if you have any concerns, then please contact us directly on the phone, by email, via our website or any of our social media channels. One of our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

As always, if you have an issue with your contact lenses, please make an appointment with your closest practice in Kilmarnock, Prestwick, Troon or Ayr. We remain open for routine and emergency appointments.

Please do not cancel your direct debit as this is a vital income source for our business during these challenging times. We will do everything we can to look after you, either in person or remotely.
