Role Purpose
To provide the highest levels of client care in every task that is undertaken. The role is to support the Optician in exceeding client expectations and to proactively deliver tasks that drive significant business value.

You Will:
· Guide clients in choosing the perfect pair of spectacles and offering our full product set
· Fit client’s spectacles during collections – including any adaptations required
· Use our practice management system to perform all functions of the role
· Administrative work as required by the Optician
· Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services provided by the company
· Call Handling – Inbound and Outbound
· Processing and ordering of clients lenses from third party suppliers
· Training of other staff members as required by the company
· Cleaning of the practice as reasonably requested
Salary:
Depending on Experience + Bonus + Pension + Company Benefits
Hours:
5 Days with Saturday working a requirement
