We run weekly team training sessions across all of our practices and we have a range of structured training qualifications that team members can join - Level 2, 5 and 7.
In Optical Care, If you want to go further, then we can support you through a qualification in Dispensing, where you can become a registered Dispensing Optician.
For Optometrists, we'll support you with in-house CPD and where appropriate through your Independent Prescribing Qualification.
As part of our team of Optometrists, you will be supported by our Clinical Director Alistair Duff, and our full management team. We believe in collaborative working to achieve the highest levels of clinical care. All our Optometrists meet every quarter to discuss a range of topics, we host CPD events throughout the year with guest speakers, and you would be supported with career aspirations, for example in Independent Prescribing, further certifications, and management roles.

As an Optical Assistant, there is so much to learn about the industry You would be the first face a patient sees when they enter the practices, ensuring an important first Impression. You would support our Optometrist team and help patients choose the right spectacles for them based on their needs and lifestyle. You would repair and adjust patient spectacles, manage our contact lens patients, and complete relevant administration work for the practice.If you are an experienced Optical Assistant, you could bring a wealth of knowledge to our patient care teams. Alongside this, we have lots of career progression options in dispensing, training, marketing, business development and management.
