Below are the ways we can help -

* Eyecare: Alistair, our Clinical Director is available for phone and video consultations. If you have an eye related problem, your Optician is your first port of call.

* Emergency Glasses: If your glasses break or you need a new pair, we have a range of frames on our website and Facebook. Simply pick a frame and we'll arrange your new glasses and deliver them to you.

* Repairs: If you can post your glasses to us, we will do our best to repair them as quickly as possible. You can also check out our DIY videos on our YouTube channel if you want to try it at home.

* Supplies: We're offering to send nosepads, screws, cloths and our custom Urquharts cleaning spray to you, completely free of charge

* Contact Lenses: If you need a supply of contact lenses we can take your order and have them shipped directly to home with free delivery.
