1. Never use tap water on your lenses as it contains tiny bacteria.
2. Dry your hands well before handling your contact lenses, so no tap water comes in contact with them.
4. Always use a new lens case every month, as bacteria can build up in your case and affect your lenses.
5. Always use your contact lenses as directed by you Optician.
